Qualifying for a Wholesale/ Dealer Account

BioCompleteTM Natural Diet and Herbs sells wholesale to bonafide retail stores, groomers, veterinarians, health providers, pet day care, pet boarding facilities and internet retailers upon approval.

We need the following:

A copy of your Business License and Tax ID numbers.
Completed Business Information for Wholesale Account form

Payment Method

COD and Company Checks Accepted for Local Delivery (with prior approval).
Sale of freezers are Prepay only.
Sale of frozen foods and bones are limited to local delivery or shipping in approved methods to ensure product delivery condition.

Minimum wholesale order: $150.00

All orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All orders shipped FOB Pompano, FL. Most orders shipped UPS. Frozen orders shipped Monday & Tuesday only and are shipped 2nd Day except in Florida & Georgia (1-2 day delivery at ground rates) & charge for special packing applies.

Return Policy:

All returns must have prior authorization.

Freezers are not returnable. Performance is covered by manufacturer’s warranty.
Because of its nature, frozen products cannot be returned.
Damaged product will be handled on an individual basis.
Please inspect your items upon receipt as returns are only accepted for defected items.
Claims for defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery
